As of right now, Diamant Skiing ships to the following countries:
United States, Australia (AU), Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Czech Rep., The (CZ), Denmark (DK), Finland (FI), France (FR), Germany (DE), Greece (GR), Hungary (HU), Ireland, Rep. Of (IE), Italy (IT), Latvia (LV), Netherlands, The (NL), Poland (PL), Portugal (PT), Romania (RO), Spain (ES), Sweden (SE), United Kingdom (GB)
We are rolling out shipping to New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong in the near future.
We do recommend using freight forwarders for international shipments as they have much more competitive rates. Reach out to us with any questions and we can help set you up.

Diamant Skiing charges for shipping on a per item basis. As a startup, we are unable to get the best rates offered by couriers. We eat a portion of the shipping cost we incur on every order.
For international orders, there is a flat fee for shipping that varies by country. This price is shown in local currency of the ship-to-address in most cases.
GST and local international sales tax is included in the price of shipping for international countries.
Orders placed before 12pm EST will ship out the same business day.
If you place an order during the Weekend, a holiday, or after 12pm EST it will ship out the next business day. This applies to expedited shipments as well.
If you need your order overnighted, please reach out to us as soon as you make the order. Make sure to place this order prior to 12pm EST.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your bag was shipped to the incorrect address, please contact the shipping company with your tracking number to arrange pickup. We will not be able to make this adjustment for you.
If you notice that your address is wrong, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the address. You will NOT be eligible for a refund due to address related issues.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
If you are shipping to a country outside of the US, you may be charged customs fees. These fees are not calculated at checkout and customers are responsible for all customs, VAT, duty, and tax fees. Failure to pay these fees will delay the release of your product from customs.
Where applicable, local sales tax is included in the price of shipping.
There can be a delay of up to 72 hours in the update of your shipping address. This is normal and is likely just a lag in the system.
In the rare case of a pre-sale, we may pre purchase labels to expedite shipping.

Frankly, we don’t believe in warranties. No one ever remembers to register and there are always limitations. Here’s our promise to you: if a manufacturing issue arises just reach out to us and we will work to make you whole.
Please note that user error and regular wear and tear are not covered by our Diamant Guarantee.
Our Diamant Guarantee covers instances such as:
- Defective zippers
- Ripped seams not stemming from travel
- Fabric tears that make the product not function properly not caused by travel
- Broken hooks
Damage stemming from travel is not covered under warranty. Our bags are built without any compromise, but travel related wear & tear is common across the industry.
To redeem a warranty, you have to be the one that purchased the product, or in the case of a gift, the original recipient. Please fill out our contact form and a member of our team will reach out and request extra information.
If your claim is covered, we will do our best to take care of you. Warranty claims are reviewed at the sole discretion of Diamant Skiing LLC.
Discount codes don't stack so if you're trying to use multiple it'll automatically apply only the biggest.
Discount codes do not work on already discounted products (unless it is the discount provided for submitting a post purchase review).

All our products are designed in New York City and developed by master manufacturers in Vietnam.
All Diamant Skiing products are made without animal products. We use only trusted and ethical manufacturers that comply with global ethics standards.
We are actively working to reduce our carbon footprint and become B Corp certified.
We have entered into a partnership with Better Packaging Co. to ship our bags in recycled and sustainably sourced poly-mailers. You can head more about this partnership here.
