Returns & Exchanges
Transforming ski and snowboard travel is our mission, and we stand behind the design and manufacturing of every product we make. We want you to love your Diamant gear as much as we do — so we offer returns and exchanges on 100% unused items, subject to the policy below.
Your window
You have 15 days from delivery to file a return or exchange request using the form at the bottom of this page. Once your request is filed, the item must be delivered back to us within 30 days of your original delivery date. Filing a request does not complete a return — if we don't physically receive the item within that 30-day window, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Costs
Returns ship free: we cover the cost of the return label. A $5 restock fee applies to all returns and is deducted from your refund. We do not refund original shipping fees on returns or exchanges. If we reject a return (see conditions below), you are responsible for all shipping costs to send the item back to you.
Condition requirements
We only accept items that are completely unused and in all original packaging. Any visible wear or damage will be rejected. These conditions are firm.
Before you buy
We ask that you avoid "change of mind" returns. Reach out before purchasing and we'll walk you through fit, relative weight, boot sizing, and anything else — we know our products well. We do not offer refunds for boot-size issues, but you may request an exchange. We're confident in our sizing, and in the rare case we get it wrong, we'll make it right.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for processing once we receive and inspect your item. A member of our team will respond to your request within 2–3 business days.
Final sale & exceptions
The following are not eligible for return:
- Apparel (hats, t-shirts, hoodies, and similar) is final sale. Clothing remains eligible for a size-based exchange only.
- Personalized items.
- Items received free of charge as part of a promotion.
- Items purchased through Kickstarter are eligible for exchanges only, and only in the case of product damage. No refunds.
- Pre-order and pre-sale items are eligible for damage-based exchanges only.
International orders
International customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with a return or exchange. Sale items are not eligible for international returns.
Stolen packages
We are not responsible for stolen packages and cannot issue refunds for them. If your package is marked delivered but missing, file a claim directly with UPS. We can only file a claim for packages lost in transit — once delivery has been confirmed, we have no recourse on our end.
Incorrect address
It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not replace your bag or issue a refund. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
