Pollastic X Diamant: Sustainable Packaging

Even as a startup, we’re doing what we can to reduce our environmental impact.

We know we’re not quite in a position to launch big donation campaigns or bold sustainability pledges (shoutout to Peak Design), but we can make meaningful changes from day one.

Starting in 2026, every order—except the XL Roller Bag—will ship in POLLAST!C packaging.

Yes, we’re officially partnering with POLLAST!C, a New Zealand–based initiative from Better Packaging Co., to cut down on waste and help clean up our planet.

Our planet is drowning in plastic. Better Packaging Co. is tackling that problem head-on by rescuing plastic waste from coastal communities in Southeast Asia and recycling it into something useful: POLLAST!C mailers.

Not bad, right?

We're excited about the impact this small change can have. And don’t worry, we're actively working on a more sustainable packaging option for the XL Roller Bag too. (It has to ship in a box to avoid damage.)

Our long-term goal is clear: a plastic-free future. We believe the best way to get there is to stop making new plastic and start cleaning up what’s already out there.

That’s exactly what POLLAST!C does. Their packaging is made from abandoned plastic pollution collected in areas with little or no waste management infrastructure.

No, this won’t solve the entire plastic crisis. But it’s a start. And we're proud to be part of it.

As we grow, we’re committed to scaling our sustainability efforts—because the mountains we love depend on it.
